Cancellation Policy

To best serve our clients and staff, we require a minimum 24-hour notice to cancel or change any appointment. Cancellations on short notice prohibit other clients from being able to fill that slot. To ensure our cancellation policy is upheld, we require a credit card to book any appointment. Your card will not be charged until the day of your service(s.) Cancellations made with less than a 24-hour notice may be subject to a charge of 100% of the booked appointment value. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!
